Final Assembly Technician
Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce cabinetry and related products. Primary function is to install doors, drawers, and other functional and decorative hardware on cabinets and related items. Works with hand tools and hand held power tools such as pin guns, screwdrivers, drills, mallets, etc. Interested applicants must possess the following character traits:
1) Mechanical mindset (strong interest in the way things go together)
2) Detail oriented (ability to measure to 1/32”)
3) Problem solver (views problems as an opportunity to add value and increase learning)
4) Focused on standardization (ability to learn by doing, document, and teach others in a simplified way)
Past experience in basic hardware skills is helpful, but not required.
